About Dr. Aaron
As one of the few certified distinguished fellows in Clinical Biomechanics of Posture (CBP®) on the Peninsula, you can be assured that Dr. Aaron’s specialized training and patient-oriented approach will help you to achieve your maximum level of recovery and wellness.
Dr. Aaron is fully engaged in his practice. He has completed hundreds of hours of extensive training and stays updated on the latest advancements in chiropractic care. He continues to focus his expertise in Chiropractic Biophysics, attending many advanced seminars which allow him to incorporate cutting edge modalities into his work, Power Plate, Cold Laser Therapy, Graston Technique are just some of the few. Additionally, Dr. Aaron holds a master’s certification in Kinesio Taping®, which is a key factor in helping his patients achieve maximum athletic performance.
Most recently, Dr. Aaron was invited to join the elite Ironman Triathlon, adjusting and coaching world-class athletes. He is a certified Pilates instructor, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, advanced TRX instructor, cross fit instructor, geriatrics fitness instructor, and kettle bell coach. He most recently received his Yoga Teacher certification from the Astound Pure Yoga institute and is a registered teacher of the Yoga Alliance.
Dr Aaron is well-known and actively involved with the Equinox Gym and wellness community at large. He teaches sports coaching and diagnostic techniques to other professionals as well as lectures and holds workshops at many of the local running and bicycle shops in Palo Alto. He is well-known in the medical community and has been featured in the Journal of Clinical Chiropractic and the Palo Alto Times. In his spare time, you will find Dr. Aaron surfing, rock climbing, kite boarding, or road/mountain biking.
