On-Site Massage

Call for pricing + $80 travel fee, 2 hours minimum. Call for rates. 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, please try to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. For same day chiropractic cancellations or no-show, there is a $50 fee. For same day massage cancellations or no-show, you must still pay the full price of the massage if we cannot fill your appointment slot.

Insurance

Dr. Aaron is out-of-network with all insurance providers
Dr. Annette is out-of-network with all insurance providers

VSWI can provide a superbill that may be submitted insurance for reimbursement if eligible.

Payment is due at time of service. As a courtesy, we provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider in order to receive any reimbursement.
