On-Site / Home Treatment: $1000 per hour, 3 hours minimum.

CHIROPRACTIC: Dr. Annette

$250 - Initial appointment
$200 - Return visit

Massage: RAFAEL MEMOLI

$200 - 50 minute massage
$300 - 80 minute massage

On-Site Massage: $200 per hour + $80 travel fee, 2 hours minimum.

Shockwave therapy: Dr. Aaron

$100 - Initial appointment or return visit

Cold Laser: Dr. Aaron

$100 - Initial appointment or return visit

PHYSIOTHERAPY

$350 - 30 min session with Dr. Aaron (Initial appointment or return visit)
$200 - 50 min session with Art Gabriel (Initial appointment or return visit)

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, please try to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. For same day chiropractic cancellations or no-show, there is a $50 fee. For same day massage cancellations or no-show, you must still pay the full price of the massage.

Insurance

Dr. Aaron is out-of-network with all insurance providers

VSWI will provide a superbill that may be submitted to most insurance providers for reimbursement.

A superbill is a document used by healthcare providers to detail the services provided to a patient, similar to a receipt you get after grocery shopping. It includes information such as diagnoses, procedure codes, and the date of service. Superbills help patients obtain reimbursement from their insurance companies and also serve as a record for the provider’s billing and accounting.

Payment is due at time of service. As a courtesy, we provide superbills (emailed or hardcopy) for you to submit to your insurance provider in order to receive any reimbursement.
